Recruitment Initiatives:
1.November 2008. Career Day at Columbia High School. Spent 2 hours with students answering questions about careers in broadcasting and distributing information about internships with the Power Country Radio Network.
2.December 2008. Florida Crown Workforce Job Fair. Live call-ins from the job fair informing the public of the event and speaking with participants about employment opportunities in broadcasting.
3.February 2009. Career Day at Fort White High School. Spent 2 hours with students answering questions about careers in broadcasting and distributing information about internships with the Power Country Radio Network.
4.September 2009. Using the radio stations as a media outlet, Power Country promoted Job Fair, hosted by Lake City Mall & Power Country, to be held October 1st at the Lake City Mall. Promos aired 10 times a day September 7th through October 1st.
